With this vision, in 2010, Bpunvaree Pongchababnap and Heimo Rieger, owners of TAMARIND SPRING—one of the most prestigious and well-known Spas in Thailand located on the beautiful and lush island of Koh Samui—conducted an oil massage workshop at the Baan Sabai Massage Center. These two Masters are highly respected in the industry and have dedicated themselves to this type of massage for years, studying every aspect and conducting specialized training sessions and workshops worldwide.
It was an intense course with theoretical and practical lessons delving into human anatomy and applying massage techniques using fists, elbows, and forearms.
This particular treatment is indicated for decontracting muscle tension (for example, on the back, along the lumbar, scapular, and dorsal lines), thus capable of providing significant relief to the limbs. It is also recommended for the legs as it produces, through specific pressure, strong stimulation of the circulatory and lymphatic channels, draining and reducing swelling.
A technique where the decontracting and draining aspects complement each other, making this massage "dynamic" and particularly requested.
